How do I find and rent a property?
Use our Find a Property page to search for available listings. Once you find a home you like, submit an inquiry, book a viewing, and complete the approval process.
What's included in my rent?
Your rent includes your home, community space, full property management, maintenance support and access to our exclusive facilities including gym, swimming pool, and snack bar. No hidden fees.
Besides rent, what other costs should I expect?
In addition to your rent, you are responsible for paying your electricity, water, and internet bills. Cesspit emptying is also managed separately and will be billed only when the service is required.
How do I pay for electricity and water?
Once we receive your utility invoices, we’ll send them to you directly. You can then make the payment quickly and securely online using the instructions provided on the bill.
How quickly can I move in?
Our homes are move-in ready. Once the contract has been signed, you can move in immediately. Everything’s already connected and waiting for you.
Can I have the utility bills in my name?
Yes, this is possible. If you prefer, we can assist you with transferring your electricity, water, or internet bills into your name.
What's the minimum rental period?
We specialise in stays of 6 months or longer, perfect for digital nomads, expats, families, and anyone seeking stability without the usual rental hassles.
Can I stay after my contract expires?
Yes, absolutely. If you’d like to continue your stay, we’ll prepare a new tenancy agreement for you to sign. We’ll make the process simple and hassle-free.
How much deposit do I need to pay?
A two-month security deposit is required and is fully refundable at the end of your tenancy, provided there are no outstanding bills or damages.
Do I need to pay utility deposits?
No! We’ve eliminated the typical €450+ utility deposits. Everything’s already set up.
Who is responsible for paying utilities and the internet?
Utilities and high-speed internet are pre-installed for a seamless move-in experience, but tenants pay for usage separately. Tenants are responsible for paying these costs in addition to their rent.

How do you protect my property?

What happens if there’s damage to my property?
Hadjios Living takes care of any tenant-related damage and manages all necessary repairs through our trusted network of professionals. At the end of the agreement, we return your property in the agreed condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
