1. General

Hadjios Living provides furnished rental homes and related services in Cyprus. We aim to deliver a hassle-free move-in experience with included internet, utilities, and access to exclusive community perks. These terms apply to all visitors, tenants, and members of Hadjios Living Club.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to rent or enter into any agreements with Hadjios Living. Valid ID and proof of income may be required during the rental application process.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Security deposits may apply and are refundable upon satisfactory inspection post-checkout. Rent payments are due as per the agreement and may include charges for utilities, damages, or additional services.

4. Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Damages beyond normal wear and tear may incur repair charges. Subletting is not permitted without prior written consent.

5. Utilities & Maintenance

High-speed internet and essential utilities are included in your rent. Reliable maintenance support is available for repairs. Emergency issues will be prioritized. Contact details for maintenance requests will be provided at move-in.

6. Hadjios Living Club

Tenants enjoy free membership, including access to the private pool, gym, and social events. Club benefits are non-transferable and available only to current tenants.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds (if applicable) will follow the cancellation policy agreed upon during booking. Early termination may incur a penalty unless otherwise agreed.

8. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Personal data collected through forms or services is handled per our Privacy Policy. We use WhatsApp and other digital platforms to communicate maintenance updates or community announcements.

9. Liability

Hadjios Living is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Tenants are advised to arrange their own contents insurance.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
