Tenants terms

1. Lease Agreement

All tenants must sign a formal lease or rental agreement before moving in. The agreement includes rent amount, duration, deposit terms, and additional conditions. Breaking lease terms may result in early termination fees or forfeiture of deposit.

2. Rent Payments

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, payable via bank transfer or other accepted methods. Late payments may incur a 5% late fee after a grace period of 5 days. Utilities and services such as internet may be bundled with rent or listed separately, depending on your agreement.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required before moving in. The deposit is returned after checkout, provided there are no damages, unpaid bills, or violations of the rental agreement. A detailed move-out inspection will be conducted before releasing the deposit.

4. Maintenance & Repairs

Tenants must promptly report maintenance issues using the contact information provided. Hadjios Living is responsible for repairs due to normal wear and tear. Damage due to tenant negligence may be charged to the tenant. Emergency repairs will be prioritized.

5. Use of Property

Tenants may only use the property for residential purposes. Subletting, commercial use, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Guests are welcome for short visits, but overnight guests beyond 3 consecutive days must be approved in writing.

6. Conduct & Community Rules

Tenants are expected to maintain respectful behavior and avoid disturbing neighbors. Noise should be kept to a minimum during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 8 AM). Smoking is not permitted inside the units. Use of shared facilities such as the pool or gym must comply with posted rules.

7. Termination & Move-Out

Tenants must provide at least 30 days written notice before terminating the lease. On move-out, all keys and access devices must be returned. The property must be cleaned, and personal belongings removed.

8. Liability

Hadjios Living is not responsible for tenant belongings or personal injuries unless caused by gross negligence. Tenants are encouraged to secure renter’s insurance for added protection.
